Return Policy
You can return a product right away if:
- The box is damaged
- The product is broken or wrong
- You give it back to the delivery person immediately
- The seal or packet is not opened
If these rules are followed, we will replace the product or give a refund.

Refund Policy
We will give you a full refund or send you a new product if:
- The item is damaged or not working
- You receive the wrong product
Important: You must tell us as soon as possible after getting the item. We may ask you to return the product first.
Note: We do not give refunds for personalized products unless they are damaged or wrong.
Refunds will go back to the same payment method you used.
Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order before it is shipped.

If your order is already shipped, you will need to follow our return policy after receiving the item.
Late Delivery Discount
We usually deliver within 1 to 5 working days.
If your delivery takes more than 5 days, you can get a discount of BDT 50 to 500, depending on the delay.
Free Delivery
We offer free delivery across Bangladesh on orders of BDT 999 or more.
